Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns for exchanges or refunds under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Original tags must still be attached. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase (order conformation) is required.
Exchanges:
Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow several business days for the refund to process after we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items:
Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked “non-returnable” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
